For one week only: we’ve opened a pop-up shop on Berkhamsted High Street!
Our Big Give Christmas Challenge HQ is now open until 10th December – we hope you will pop in! Bring your friends along – to chat about the project and our Read In Peace appeal. If you’re not sure about how to make online donations, we’ll be able to help you.
Activities
There will be fun cemetery/book-related activities to raise funds:
- Wednesday and Sunday mornings – Winter Stories storytelling sessions for children
- Saturday – Family games
- Friday evening (6 – 7.30) – Social with drink and nibbles and music – all welcome!
Every day – Second-hand books – bring in and take away- Every day – Pick the Plot of the Buried Book and Guess How Many Leaves on the Model Tree
- Every day – Victorian Family Portrait photography for a unique Xmas Card!

Mon-Fri: 11.00 – 15.30
Sat & Sun: 10.00 – 16.00

We’re in the former Coral bookmakers shop on Berkhamsted High Street, next to TravelTime World and Gorgeous Hairdressers.
