Saturday Morning Market Stall

The Friends held its first stall at the Saturday Morning Market on Berkhamsted High Street. It was a great opportunity for the people of Berkhamsted to chat to volunteers, and to find out about the Rectory Lane Cemetery Project.
Our display of landscaping proposals for the cemetery has raised a lot of interest from local people. It was also very encouraging to receive offers of help from people with all sorts of skills – project management, IT, civil engineering and gardening to name but a few!
We aim to hold the market stall on the last Saturday of each month, so do come along to meet our volunteers and find out how you can help with improving this important green space in the centre of town for the benefit of us all. If you can help out on the stall, please get in touch – the next stall will be on Saturday 27 February.
